EstimatorIQ is an estimator’s toolkit powered by Spec Intelligence that organizes specification requirements into structured outputs. It does not make decisions, recommendations, or assumptions on your behalf.

Access may be granted, denied, suspended, or revoked at our discretion to protect service quality, security, and professional evaluation standards.

Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes may apply. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Service remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified. Some data may persist briefly in backups for operational reasons.
7. Intellectual property
EstimatorIQ and its software are owned by EstimatorIQ. Customer content remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process customer content solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
EstimatorIQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimatorIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you to EstimatorIQ in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EstimatorIQ from claims arising from your use of the service, your customer content, or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where EstimatorIQ operates, unless otherwise required by law.
